This roadmap will give you an organizational framework for the Development, Professionalization and Optimization of a World-Class CI program that addresses Users and Uses, People and Professional Development, Sources and Methods, and Policies, Processes, and Procedures. Use the framework for developing a brand-new CI program, for assessing the maturity of an established CI program, and for planning and budgeting for the growth of CI programs.

About the Speaker
As Market Research Manager in Corporate Development at Rockwell Collins, Inc., Judy Leavitt is responsible for enterprise competitive assessments and strategic research and analysis for growth opportunities in new markets and is a member of the company’s Enterprise Risk Management Advisory Council. A SCIP member since 1995, Judy has served on the SCIP Board of Directors and Competitive Intelligence Foundation Board.

She received the SCIP Catalyst award in 2006, became a SCIP Fellow in 2008, and won the award for the best SCIP09 conference presentation, The Roadmap to a World-Class CI Program. She is the author of "The FED Framework: Focus, Execution and Discipline," a chapter in the SCIP Competitive Intelligence Foundation’s Competitive Technical Intelligence book, published in 2009.
