Ellen Naylor, President Business Intelligence Source, Inc. Ellen Naylor has almost 30 years of sales and marketing experience. She sold telecommunications products before initiating competitive intelligence (CI) at Verizon, which incorporated Sales. She conducted financial CI and economic forecasting at Northwest Airlines. Ellen is president of Business Intelligence Source, which focuses on the integration of sales and marketing using CI skills. She recently taught elicitation interviewing skills to a company’s European sales/marketing team to collect market intelligence which shape their product development. Since joining in 1990, Ellen has served on many SCIP committees, including the board of directors. She received the Catalyst and Fellow awards, and has delivered CI presentations globally since the 1990’s. Ellen is a columnist for CI Magazine on cooperative intelligence, the title of a book she is authoring. Ellen earned an MBA at the University of Virginia and speaks French. She spent her childhood n Japan and professes a working knowledge of Japanese. |
