    CI 202 ™ – Now that you know what CI is, here’s the next step:  
    December 1, 2009   8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

    This workshop is a follow-up to CI 101®. The topics presented are considered crucial to the continuing success of an internal CI program, whether you’re starting it from scratch or seeking to generate a greater presence in the organization.
     
    Your learning experience includes:  
    • Understanding how to use analysis models for creating intelligence;  
    • Tapping into internal resources for information;
    • Creating buy-in at senior levels for CI research to support corporate initiatives;
    • Conducting effective internal interviews;
    • Selecting the best IT tools for internal use;
    • Evaluating the need for outside consultants;
    • Developing an external network of experts to feed your needs; and
    • Setting up mechanisms to track target

About the Presenter: Mike Sandman is senior vice president of Fuld & Company Inc., a pioneering competitive intelligence consulting firm in Cambridge, Mass. Prior to joining Fuld, he was an operations manager in the composites industry. Sandman has an extensive background in international business, is on the faculty of the Academy of Competitive Intelligence (ACI) and leads war games for Fuld's clients.

Cancellation Policy: All fees must be paid by the start date of the program. If an invoice was requested, you will be asked to provide a valid credit card number upon your arrival at the program. All requests for refunds must be made in writing. Should you be unable to attend for any reason, please inform us IN WRITING no more than 21 days prior to the start date of the event. A credit voucher for the full registration amount will be issued or, if requested, a cash refund, less a 20% cancellation fee. No refunds OR credits will be given for cancellations received less than 21 days prior to the event start date. There are no exceptions to these policies. Registration Transfer and No-Show Policy and Fees: All requests for transfers of registrations must be made in writing. Transfers may result in additional fees depending on SCIP membership status. There will be no refunds on transfers. No-Shows will not be eligible for any refunds and forfeit the registration fees paid. There are no exceptions to these policies.
