Strategic Plan 2009 - 2013

During 2007, a Board Strategy Task Force created a five-year strategic plan that affected the mission, goals, objectives, strategies, actions, and resources of the association. This new plan now guides the Society’s actions and focuses on completing a select number of high-value goals.

This strategic plan will push SCIP to meet the needs of the intelligence professional as well as the intelligence profession and to govern itself with increased effectiveness. A strong focus on execution now defines SCIP operations.

Supported by the strength of our unique and varied membership and dedicated staff, SCIP will reach its Mission to be the association of choice for global intelligence professionals and the premier advocate for the skilled use of intelligence.
