A Black Hat is a facilitated competitive intelligence exercise that applies to any industry. Small teams are created which anticipate competitor win strategies by developing differentiators and discriminators and how each will ghost the weaknesses and mitigate the strengths of your own company’s solution. Research is conducted prior to the Black Hat event to do a deep dive into each competitor to understand how they behave and will likely conduct a bid. The results of a Black Hat will provide actionable intelligence to enable leadership to make critical business decisions.

Join Chapter Chair, Laurie Young, Director of Competitive Intelligence for Lone Star for this e-learning event.  Laurie has over 20 years of experience doing Competitive Intelligence both for commercial and Government customers. She has facilitated and participated in over 50 Black Hats during her career.
