Oluwasseyi Jawando received an MBA from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife Osun State, Nigeria. He is a member of the Institute of Strategic Management of Nigeria(ISMN) and holds a CIP 1 from the Academy of Competitive Intelligence(ACI). He is also a member of Strategic and Competitive Intelligence Professionals (SCIP).
With experience in management consulting and project management, Seyi serves as a Technical Assistant to the MD/CEO of First Registrars Nigeria Limited (FRNL). At FRNL, he is involved in Strategy, Business/Product Development, and Market Research. He also runs a management consulting firm with a focus on bringing more sustainable and profitable practices to businesses, helping them to use strategy and competitive intelligence to successfully compete in the market place.
Kayode Jacobs is certified by The Protocol School of Washington DC. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and a Diploma in Marketing. He is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (ACIPM) and Nigerian Institute of Training & Development (NITAD). Kayode has led the conception, design, execution, and evaluation of 20 community empowerment projects in the last 8 years. He has attended strategy analytics, and execution and decision making courses in Dubai, UAE and is currently pursuing an MBA in Human Resource Management.
Over the years , Kayode has been involved with humanitarian services, handling core training activities (Onshore and Offshore) through strategic planning for successful implementation and development of training products through market analysis feedbacks. He currently leads the Training Management and Execution team at Workforce Management Centre in Lagos, Nigeria where he is responsible for the follow-through of all training mandates from clients. Prior to this work, he managed, led and coordinated the general activities of the training consulting branch of BAA Consult by setting standards and improving the quality of services offered to clients. He has also served as a volunteer at the Nigerian Economic Summit as Rapporteur and ENACTUS/SIFE National Competition as league coordinator.
Soprinye Jaja is committed to encouraging and working with young people to dream and achieve to the fullest extent of their potential. She holds a Bachelors degree in Economics from the University of Lagos, Nigeria and is currently building a career in the consumer goods industry, utilizing her analytical skills to build and sustain brand equity, optimize costs, and create superior value within the market place. She believes in giving back to society and has been involved in empowering public school students within her local community with skills for academic excellence by organizing academic workshops and spearheading the building & equipping of a library.
