August has delivered competitive intelligence for companies including Verizon, British Telecom, AT&T, MCI and technology companies around the globe. He has also worked with government agencies to apply advanced technologies to open source collection and analysis. August is a regular speaker on various CI topics and produces the Competitive Intelligence Podcast (http://www.cipodcast.com) and blogs about CI and technology (http://www.augustjackson.net) .
