Companies increasingly ask their competitive intelligence teams to provide insights into the competition. Common questions are:

“How are we doing this quarter relative to competitor X?”

“Why is competitor X having a better quarter than us?”

“Where is competitor X selling, and who are they partnering with?”

These questions without adequate automation are a tedious and time-consuming task.

In this session, Jay Nakagawa of Dell EMC, will give some insights into what, how much, and what type of insights can be gained through thoughtful automation, and analyzing these types of reports to gain insight into the business, the competitors, and the market. An online demo will help cement the types of insights that can be gained.
