    OSINT can be a great force multiplier in the production of actionable intelligence, if and only if applied in a structured, systematic and planned way. Instead of first creating a decent collection plan that is representative and balanced, most researchers strongly tend to simply trust on Google for solving about every information problem. A systematic approach to an OSINT intelligence capability will be discussed addressing the main OSINT challenges: the overwhelming amount and wide variety of publicly available sources, different information retrieval techniques, and the rise of misinformation and mass manipulation.

    Key take-aways:

        - How to use the OSINT Intelligence Cycle in a structured way ;

        - How to address the main OSINT challenges: sources and methods ;

        - Understanding the intelligence production model ;

        - Understanding the significance of OSINT in an all-source intelligence capability
