CI 200 - Building an Integrative Competitive Intelligence Program to Drive Strategic Results and Corporate Performance

Facilitator - Arik Johnson

This program takes the attendee beyond an introduction to CI and provides them with practical application processes and tools that prepare them for decision support and decision-making capabilities within organisations. The attendee will learn a variety decision tools and methods that are critical in order to partner with marketing and product development, strategy and foresight personnel, financial forecasting, mergers and acquisition professionals and so on and help the company make the right decisions. We leave theory to other training groups. We teach CI professionals and other decision professionals techniques that help them “hit the ground running” the day they return to the office.

Expect to gain an introduction to predictive modeling and foresight capabilities, engage in visualization and decision tools generation, the construction of Key Decision Topics construction, the development of integrated competitive intelligence capabilities.
