Speaker:

We are so fortunate to have Avery Wilson as our presenter, the Director of Strategic Planning at the USOC. She assists executives and the board in strategy development, oversees execution of the corporate strategy, and advises leaders and teams on strategic and business planning and management. She also works with senior leaders and boards of national governing bodies of sport (NGBs) and other affiliates and stakeholders to provide planning and facilitation services. Prior to joining the USOC, Avery spent over 20 years in the medical/bioscience and health care industry, including over 10 years in management consulting, strategy and planning. Note: Avery was a SCIP member in her previous life at Kaiser Permanente.

Avery holds a BS in Molecular Biology and a MS in Public Health. She is a graduate of the Team USA Leadership Certificate Program at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
