Attendees participate in breakout exercises, role-playing, and other hands-on activities to ensure retention and understanding. After introductions and objective setting, we dive right in, providing guidance, best practices, and tools in the following areas:

After recapping the key lessons learned from Day 1 (and practicing certain skills to ensure they've been absorbed), we jump back in to cover additional critical areas:
Delivering impact through analysis - 7 hallmarks of effective analyses and 5 critical analytical frameworks
Creating an early warning system - 4 stages of development and how to use indicators analysis
Demonstrate the value of CI/MI - 4 key elements required to implement the ROCI framework
