Social Intelligence & COVID-19

The Covid-19 crisis and subsequent lockdown applied in most countries have triggered unprecedented usage levels in the whole history of the web and social media. Since January 2020, Digimind has been collecting and analyzing billions of data points on the web and social media, giving unique insights about the way people and companies reacted to the crisis. From these insights, we will draw future trends (both short-term and long-term) for the upcoming "new normal". During this session, we will also explore more generally the convergence of competitive intelligence, web and social intelligence practices, from the perspective of Digimind which has been in this business since 1998.
