Presentation Synopsis
Last year BI Source’s Ellen Naylor and author behind ‘Win Loss Analysis| How to Capture and Keep the Business You Want’ took the great and the good assembled from SCIP UK, SCIP Portugal and SCIP WesternNew York on the theory behind and her 20+ years’ experience with WIN LOSS Analysis. This webinar shares a practitioner’s experience in actioning the sound advice from the networking event and how it was put into practice across not one, not two but three business problems since that network event last July.

In this session we will explore how Ellen Naylor’s best in class theory was applied in practice with lessons learnt. We will cover the following topics:
-Recap What, Why and How from BI Source’s Ellen Naylor
-EE’s Starting Blueprint | Best in Class Approach
-Actioning Best in Class and Lessons Learnt
-What’s Next?

Unlike our previous networking events, this will be a webinar with the opportunity to take questions through the webinar panel. All questions will receive answers either during the webinar or as a quick follow up.
