Foundations of Competitive Intelligence - A Practicum 

To excel as an intelligence professional in today’s global, competitive marketplaces requires you to have the ability to identify and communicate insights and analysis to business leadership in clear, concise and impactful ways. Introduction to Customer Intelligence, Insights and Analysis
