A major global economic contraction is coming - it's just a question of when. During periods of contraction, it's temping to think that strategic, competitive, and market intelligence is "nice to have" rather than "need to have". That couldn't be further from the truth. It's never been more critical for intelligence leaders to be laser-focused on our most important job: growth through sustained strategic advantage.

To help members prepare to navigate the future, SCIP is convening a webinar on Using Superiority Analysis to Become a Growth Champion.  This session, led by Aurora WDC's Arik Johnson, will offer a preview of how Superiority Analysis can be a powerful tool to anticipate and choose strategic growth outcomes while managing industry risks.

If you have a couple minutes, check out the below video for a brief overview, or this excellent article on delivering tangible intelligence value in a resource-constrained environment.

In addition to the webinar, SCIP is partnering with Aurora WDC to produce an intensive, interactive training session on this topic in London, June 25-26. In addition to providing best practices for integrating Superiority Analysis into your existing CI program, day 2 of the workshop will culminate with each applying the lessons from day 1 to create a unique plan on how CI will support their organization's growth strategy. Participants will return to the office with a tailored CI transformation plan, tools to drive strategic change at all levels, weather the coming recession and budget cuts, and best practices for deconstructing market problems to identify outsize growth opportunities. To ensure that, attendance will be strictly capped at 25, and we expect it to sell out soon.
