In addition to providing best practices for integrating Superiority Analysis into your existing CI program, day 2 of the workshop will culminate with each applying the lessons from day 1 to create a unique plan on how CI will support their organization's growth strategy. Participants will return to the office with a tailored CI transformation plan, tools to drive strategic change at all levels, weather the coming recession and budget cuts, and best practices for deconstructing market problems to identify outsize growth opportunities.
