To make our content more accessible and mobile-friendly, we are now publishing our articles as web pages (in contrast to the 50+ page PDF format). In addition to making it easier for members to consume this information on any device of their choosing, it will allow us to more easily embed videos, tools, templates, and other resources. Visualizations can highlight key areas where organizations can most impact customer issues and provide easily communicated tools to build momentum in improving customer satisfaction. Sometimes more of an art than a science, the ability to generate Data visualizations and infographics are excellent skills for customer insights practitioners to embrace.
