SCIP Partners with Ewald

UPDATE – SCIP Partners with Ewald

We’re excited to announce that after thorough research, SCIP has selected Ewald Consulting as our new association management partner. Our #1 objective in working with Ewald is to increase the quality of service we deliver to our members, both in areas formerly handled by Frost & Sullivan (e.g. event logistics, marketing, and sponsor management), as well as in new areas like membership growth and retention. We're working with Ewald to secure locations for our May 2020 U.S./International Conference, as well as our 2020 European Conference (yes, you read that right!)

SPEAK UP: Please let us know what you love about SCIP events, and what you’d like to see change.

MEMBER ARTICLE – Planning for the 2020 Election with STEEP

As the 2020 U.S. Presidential election heats up, it's a good time to turn to the Strategy Toolbox to anticipate the impact the Election may have on your company. STEEP Analysis is an important tool to aid strategy professionals in considering non-controllable events that may impact your organization’s ability to serve its stakeholders, and ultimately its financial well-being. In addition to industry best practices to consider, this article by SCIP member Lisa Hicks and her business partner Ed Payne provides a case example of how a recent bankruptcy occurred as a result of a failure to take a 360-degree perspective in anticipation of Presidential election results.

BENCHMARK – Global Intelligence Survey Tool

SCIP is partnering with M-Brain to benchmark various aspects of intelligence functions, including organizational design, tools for data collection, analysis and dissemination, intelligence culture, etc. Results will be broken out by maturity (e.g. beginner, coordinator, or world-class). Please click here to participate. The survey will take no more than 15 minutes, and no individual response will ever be shared. All participants will receive an analysis and white paper featuring the results.
