Hard Skills Aren’t Enough

Digital transformation is radically changing our world, with over 90% of organizations are redesigning their jobs. Despite what you read, though, companies don’t just want quants and data geeks. According to a survey of over 5,000 hiring managers, 92% value soft skills as much or more than hard skills. However, only 41% actually have a process to measure them.
