   Pascal Frion is the Founder and Director of Acrie Network and has 15+ years of international experience in Competitive Intelligence, as a consultant (Acrie), teacher (Universities and Business Schools), and researcher.

Pascal has a Franco-British diploma in Economics, a Master Degree in International Management, and a Ph.D. in Information and Communication (2012). He analyzed the discourses on Competitive Intelligence for the last 20 years and presented some recommendations on "how we should inform ourselves when we face information overload." His current research is on cognitive biases, errors of judgment, beliefs, information behaviors to help board members & analysts to make good decisions.

Pascal has volunteered at most SCIP Euro Summits and US Annual Conferences since 2008. Hi is also a member of the Jules Verne Institute in Locarn (on prospective), a member of the French Academy of Competitive Intelligence, a member of the Institute of High Studies for National Security in France (Ihedn), as well as a member of various associations in intelligence and security in the US ( and and in the UK (Centre of Applied Security Innovation).

During his days off, he is a Basketball coach and he is in charge of Equipment and Development & Networking for a Boys & Guides Scout Group in France.
