Foundations of Market & Competitive Intelligence
VIRTUAL WORKSHOP - AUG. 17-20
Turbocharge Your Career ... From Your Home!
For 90% of businesses, competition is getting tougher. Unfortunately, professionals often stumble with the foundations: diagnosing stakeholder needs, managing expectations, conducting analysis, building a network, and demonstrating ROI. This virtual market & competitive intelligence training workshop will focus on critical skills, practices, and tools that participants can immediately use to develop and implement an intelligence strategy that drives business growth and supports corporate objectives.
What Our Participants Say

Frequently asked questions
Who is this virtual workshop for?
This event is for those looking to launch or improve their organization's Market & Competitive Intelligence program, and those with 0 - 3 years experience in the profession. Most attendees work in Market or Competitive Intelligence, Business & Strategic Analysis, Marketing, Product Management, Information Management, Business Development, or Customer Experience.
Will I have to sit in front of my computer for 8 hours straight?
Most people don't learn effectively that way. To ensure that you're taking away ideas that you can put into action, the program will be broken into four modules of approximately two hours each, followed by a one-hour Implementation Support Q&A Session.
Will I have access to a recording?
No - since this is an interactive workshop, where participants roll up their sleeves and collaborate, protecting the privacy of those conversations is important.
How will this virtual session be interactive, instead of a long webinar?
Attendance will be capped, and registrations accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. In addition, participants will receive a Quickstart Toolkit, and exclusive access to the Implementation Support Q&A Session a few weeks after the Workshop is done. That lets you put the ideas into action immediately after the Workshop, and then get additional support through the Q&A Session.
What can I show my manager to convince them of the value of registering?
We've prepared some quick bullet points about the value to you and your organization - check it out below. Here's a video that describes the in-person version of this training - while the format is different, the best practices are the same.JUSTIFICATION LETTER
