What You'll Learn How to Do

in creation/sharing/updating, navigating complex sales/buying processes, etc.). We'll also cover where battlecards fit into the overall portfolio of CI activities.
Build better battlecards (getting sales input on needs, understanding sales workflow, shadowing sales calls, the pros and cons of Static vs. Dynamic battlecards, managing complexity/information overload, etc.)
Increase ROI from battlecards (roll out & training, metrics & reporting, feedback loops, keeping momentum & adoption, tech & systems integration to reduce manual effort, etc.)
What's at stake? A recent client study revealed that sales people spend roughly two hours per week researching the competition, some even more. This means that a 100 person sales team spends over 10,000 hours per year researching the competition. Who is this virtual workshop for?
This event is for creators of battlecards (typically, Product Management, Product Marketing, or Competitive Intelligence) and other key stakeholders (such as Sales, Sales Operations, Marketing, etc.)
Will I have to sit in front of my computer for 8 hours straight?
Nope. Most people don't learn effectively that way. To ensure that you're taking away ideas that you can put into action, the program will be broken into modules of approximately 2.5 hours each, followed by a one-hour Implementation Support Q&A Session.
Will I have access to a recording?
No - since this is an interactive workshop, where participants roll up their sleeves and collaborate, protecting the privacy of those conversations is important.
How will this virtual session be interactive, instead of a long webinar?
Attendance will be capped, and registrations accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. In addition, participants will receive a Quickstart Toolkit, and exclusive access to the Implementation Support Q&A Session a few weeks after the Workshop is done. That lets you put the ideas into action immediately after the Workshop, and then get additional support through the Q&A Session.
