|Upskilling Competitive Intelligence Virtual Workshop|
DELIVER MAXIMUM IMPACT UNDER RESOURCE CONSTRAINTS
Strategy and Market/Competitive Intelligence teams are under enormous pressure to deliver tangible impact in the current environment. Progressive leaders are using the crisis as an opportunity to learn new skills and techniques to help their organizations thrive in the face of disruption. This workshop will equip participants with best practices, tools and techniques to address two critical themes:
Doing More With Less - In resource-constrained times, what are the highest impact activities to focus on?
Upskilling - What innovative skills and techniques can I learn to maximize the value that those activities deliver to my organization?
Participants will walk away with a tested and proven toolbox containing a multitude of effective CI collection, analysis and presentation templates as well as a set of best practices on how to achieve lasting C-suite visibility with continuously relevant, high impact strategic intelligence.

I've taken a number of different classes over the course of my career, but this has been one of the very few where I believe got what I paid for. I would have paid 10X for the amount of valuable insight and information that was shared.

Who is this virtual workshop for?
This event is for anyone looking to improve the value and impact of their Market & Competitive Intelligence program (e.g. leaders of market or competitive intelligence, business or strategic analysis, marketing, product management, business development, or information management). While not a requirement, we strongly encourage professionals just starting out in their CI/MI careers to have first taken our Foundations of Market & Competitive Intelligence training.
Will I have to sit in front of my computer for 8 hours straight?
Most people don't learn effectively that way. To ensure that you're taking away ideas that you can put into action, the program will be broken into four modules of approximately two hours each, followed by a one-hour Implementation Support Q&A Session.
Will I have access to a recording?
No - since this is an interactive workshop, where participants roll up their sleeves and collaborate, protecting the privacy of those conversations is important.
How will this virtual session be interactive, instead of a long webinar?
Attendance will be capped, and registrations accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. In addition, participants will receive a Quickstart Toolkit, and exclusive access to the Implementation Support Q&A Session a few weeks after the Workshop is done. That lets you put the ideas into action immediately after the Workshop, and then get additional support through the Q&A Session.
What can I show my manager to convince them of the value of registering?
We've prepared some quick bullet points about the value to you and your organization - check it out below.
