Trade Show CI: Tips to Maximize your Trade Show CI efforts

There are many different kinds of trade shows and how you collect CI from the different types of shows makes a difference in how effective your efforts are. In this webinar, we will discuss tools and techniques that are useful in all trade shows as well as some that are more specialized. 

The webinar will start with an overview of the strategic value gained with trade show Cl. This will cover how to select shows, how to establish KITs and KIQs, what to get from the show, how to engage the team in the process and how to structure the CI collection effort.

Specialized tools for different types of shows will be covered next, looking at how medical congresses, user group events, industry showcases, and function focuses shows differ. In this component, specialized tools for each will be discussed and the limitations of each covered.

The webinar will wrap up with a short overview about what to do with the trade show findings to insure they are absorbed and shared with relevant stakeholders in the company. This last part is a key contributor to a successful trade show CI effort.  This will go over how to structure read-outs, sharing findings and parsing out what goes to which groups.
